Quicklime

1. Own Mine
SP Mine is located in Wuhai city of Inner Mongolia and Huizhou city of Anhui Province, with land occupation of 20 Sq. km, and has the limestone source reserve of 6 billion tons, with average quality of CaO content: 54% min, also is relatively quite low in Silicon, Magnesium, Sulphur and other metallic oxides; Mine body doesn’t have capping mass and other impurities like trees etc, quality stability is extremely high, is the natural premium chemical grade limestone.

2. Limestone Quality Control
SP Limestone Processing Plant produces many sizes of limestone products relying on its own mine, and its crushing equipment combine jaw crushers and hammer crushers, vibrating sieve and flat sieve; also regularly by changing sieve and sieve hole, to ensure suitable products size, clean without impurities, suiting for all types of kiln’s burning and further grinding.

3. Equipment Control
SP’s limestone burning equipment is the most advanced rotary kilns in the world. These rotary kilns have the advantages as following: coal and material limestone separately, easy control, low un-burnt rate, high production capacity, high activity. Taking the limestone material of SP Calcium’s own mine for getting the finished quicklime products, SP Calcium’s quicklime has the quality of Calcium Oxide content over 97%, un-burnt rate lower than 2%, activity over 420ml, is the premium quality material for Metallurgy, Chemical Industry, Paper Making, Water Treatment, Desulfurization Industry etc.

4. Material Inlet Control
SP Calcium’s inlet of limestone material adopts the professional sieving equipment and environmental-protection dust collector, through four high-power electric vibrator to double sieving the limestone material before conveying into kiln, by this methods we can ensure the size of the limestone material and clean without impurities. Also by big frequency cyclone wind blower, we can take dust collecting in residue on sieve to ensure no dust in the working environment.

5. Pre-heating Control
SP Calcium’s Pre-heater has 12 pre-heating rooms with 12 temperature and orientation points, by the computer monitoring system in central controlling room and hydraulic material inlet system into rotary kiln, we can ensure good effect in pre-heating and quantity of material limestone inlet.

6. Burning Control
SP Calcium’s rotary kiln has infrared double-color temperature monitor, ensuring stable temperature inside of the kiln, also by adjusting data of central controlling computers anytime, we can get the limestone material burnt adequately and quickly to ensure high activity of the finished products, also by setting observation hole at kiln head which we can freely observe burning process of limestone inside, and by setting the sampling place on top of finished products cooler, we can take samples freely and conveniently.

7. Emergency Control
SP Calcium’s emergency controlling system is for preventing unqualified products getting into finished goods silo. By setting the emergency goods discharge opening inside of cooler at kiln head, once we found unqualified products inside or other impurities inside of kiln body, we can right away open it to discharge them, so we can ensure the quality of products in the finished goods silo.

8. Cooling Control
SP Calcium’s cooling control system adopts twice cooling blower to conduct forcibly cooling to degree below 100 degree Celsius, by the underground environmental-friendly equipment collecting dust, we can ensure the cooling effect in quicklime products and no dust in the working environment.

9. Raw Coal Control
SP Calcium purchases high calorific value, low sulphur coal directly and solely from coal mines, stores indoor in dry condition, to ensure the stability of all coal specification to meet the burning requirements. We also have special weighing system of coal powder to make sure adequate burning inside of kilns.

10. Finished Products Control
SP Calcium adopts high power vibrators to sieve the finished products before storing into silo with sieve hole of 15 mm, stores quicklime lump and powder after sieved separately to make sure no powder in lump products. By using belt conveyor system for indoor transporting the goods for grinding and packing, truck loading, instead of mechanical methods like wheel loader we can avoid creating powder from handling, and we install professional dust collectors in the workshop, at the opening of silo and discharging place to ensure no dust in working environment.

11. Processing Control
SP Calcium’s processing equipment run at indoor place with closed handling condition to pack the finished goods into bulker bags and airtight silo or tanker. We can ensure no moisture absorption and no foreign subjects. The material conveying pipes of our grinders are equipped with high-strength magnets to prevent foreign metals. By installing the professional dust collecting equipment in the workshop we can keep no dust in the working condition.

12. Testing before loading
We provide samples from our quarry to our Laboratory on a daily basis so we are able to predict the quality of the finished product. Our operators are heavily involved in the process, performing hourly sampling to ensure that the chemistry of our lime meets the customer’s expectations. Our scales are calibrated on a daily basis for our packaged products so the desired weight is delivered to the customer each and every time.

13. Truck and Container Loading System
SP Calcium has installed both indoor and outdoor the special container loading system which enables us the fast container loading of quicklime lump, powder to ensure us the maximum loading quantity of them in order to decrease the transport cost and charges. Meantime we can also carry out other loading ways like bulker bag truck loading, bulk goods truck loading, tanker loading, By installing the professional dust collecting equipment we can keep no dust in the working condition.

14. Environmental Protection Control
In all production line and processing workshops of SP Calcium we adopt high power electric dust collector, cloth filter and special desulfurization, denigrations equipment to ensure qualified exhaust discharge, and no dust and pollution in working environment, green refreshing and neat grounds.
